Los carnets indican el nombre de los trabajadores, número de libreta cívica, documento nacional de indentidad, libreta de enrolamiento o cédula de identidad junto a su fotografía y habilitaban a los trabajadores a pedir auxilio a la fuerza pública si así lo requiriesen.
