Nota del Estado Mayor General de Ejército, firmada por el segundo jefe General de Brigada José Antonio Vaquero, al Comando I Cuerpo de Ejército, solicitando investigación de los hechos ocurridos en la calle Directorio 3399 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires el 11 de febrero de 1977. La nota señala que se tuvo conocimiento de esta situación a raíz de la denuncia efectuada por Syra Mercedes Villalan de Franconetti tras la detención de Eduardo Álvaro Franconetti y Eduardo Manuel Franconetti y el robo de pertenencias, siendo este último liberado el mismo día y habiendo fallecido de un paro cardíaco.
La nota es acompañada por el oficio judicial sobre el hecho firmado por el juez de instrucción Diego Peres y dirigido al Comandante General Jorge Rafael Videla. La nota presenta un sello con la leyenda "Secreto".
