Fotografía tomada por Enrique Ezequiel Shore durante la inspección ocular realizada en el ex Centro Clandestino de Detención Hospital Posadas - El Chalet, donde hasta 1976 residió el Director del Hospital Posadas Julio Rodríguez Otero con su esposa y sus hijos, por el equipo de investigación de la Comisión Nacional sobre la Desaparición de Personas (CONADEP). En esta inspección participaron, por la CONADEP, la Dra. Patricia Roca, El Dr. Ramiro Hernán Rúa Magdalena Ruiz Guiñazú y el fotógrafo Enrique Ezequiel Shore; y la testigo Gladys Cuervo. El Palomar, Morón, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
