Delia María Rodríguez Araya; los funcionarios de la Delegación local Olga Delfina Emilia Cabrera Hansen, la srta. Nora Alicia Delgado y el fotógrafo Carlos Alberto Scolari; por la FMAP Matheu el Director Teniente Coronel Jorge Alberto Carbonell y oficiales y suboficiales del organismo; y cuatro testigos cuyos nombres se mantuvieron en reserva.
