En esta inspección participaron, por la CONADEP, el Secretario de Procedimientos Raúl Aragón, los funcionarios Dr. Hugo Antonio Quiroga, el arquitecto Carlos Ocampo y el fotógrafo Enrique Shore; y los testigos Santiago Ignacio Leiva, Gustavo Enrique Holmquist, Antonio Fernando Zapata, Luis Salvador Ortiz, Pascuala del Valle Bulacio y Héctor Ricardo González.
