El reverso presenta el sello de la Caja Nacional de Ahorro Postal, Departamento de Fomento, Publicaciones y Prensa, Archivo Gráfico de la revista Ahorre. En el campo “Tomada el” figura la anotación manuscrita “26/7/53” y en el campo “En” la inscripción “Ministerio de Trabajo y Previsión”. En la parte inferior de la fotografía se lee de manera manuscrita: “Aniversario del Tránsito a la Inmortalidad de la Sra. Eva Perón”.
